My Easy Tax - Internet Filing Terms of Service Agreement

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between My Easy Tax ("Company") and the individual or entity filing tax forms via the internet ("Client"). This Agreement governs the electronic filing of tax forms through My Easy Tax's online platform. By submitting tax forms through the internet filing system, the Client agrees to the terms outlined herein.

1. Data Security:

My Easy Tax is committed to ensuring the security and privacy of the Client's data. All information submitted through the internet filing system will be encrypted to protect it from unauthorized access.

2. Use of Information:

The Client acknowledges that My Easy Tax will use the submitted information solely for the purpose of preparing and filing the relevant tax forms. My Easy Tax will not sell, lease, or otherwise disclose the Client's information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

3. Confidentiality:

My Easy Tax acknowledges the confidential nature of the information provided by the Client. The Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of such information and take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.

4. Compliance with Laws:

The Client and My Easy Tax agree to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to federal and state laws governing the privacy and security of individual information. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of New York and any relevant federal laws.

5. Limitation of Liability:

My Easy Tax shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of the internet filing system, including but not limited to data breaches, security incidents, or any unauthorized access to the Client's information.

6. Termination:

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, My Easy Tax will securely delete or anonymize the Client's information in its possession.

7. Changes to the Agreement:

My Easy Tax reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the internet filing system constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between My Easy Tax and the Client regarding the internet filing of tax forms and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

By submitting tax forms through the internet filing system, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
